The present invention relates to an electrolyte composition including a lithium salt; a non-aqueous organic solvent; a compound represented by a specific formula; and a perfluoropolyether oligomer, a gel polymer electrolyte including a polymer network which is formed by a polymerization reaction of the electrolyte composition, and a lithium secondary battery including the same.
