Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a fluid management apparatus and a heat management system, comprising a heat exchange module, a fluid management module, and a connecting member, the fluid management module being positioned on one side of the connecting member and the heat exchange module being positioned on the other side of the connecting member; the fluid management module and the heat exchange module being positioned on different sides of the connecting member facilitates the reduction in volume of the fluid management module.
