The battery provided by the embodiments of this application includes a plurality of battery modules, where each of the battery modules includes a plurality of battery cells stacked in a first direction, the battery cell is provided with a first end face and a second end face that face away from each other in a second direction, with an electrode terminal disposed on the first end face, and the plurality of battery modules are stacked in a third direction; and the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are perpendicular to each other.
