The present disclosure relates to a modular seat cushion (120), configured to be fixed to a seat structure (100) having a seating structure (100a), the seating structure being configured to removably fix said modular seat cushion, said modular seat cushion (120) comprises in the assembled state:- a main base (120a) having a lower surface configured to be fixed on said seating structure (100a),- a central padding (120b) resting on an upper surface of the main base and forming a central portion,- a central covering upholstery (120c) covering the central padding,- at least one modular lateral bolster (130) removably fixed on the main base.
