The system operating apparatus according to the present disclosure includes a monitoring circuit to monitor a condition of a power supply facility, and a controller to, in response to a failure of the power supply facility being monitored, determine if it is necessary to modify at least one of first to m-th operation schedules of first to m-th chargers/dischargers included in a charging/discharging facility based on the first to m-th operation schedules and electric energy information of an energy storage apparatus, and stop each charger/discharger of the first to m-th chargers/dischargers associated with each operation schedule determined to need to be modified. m is a natural number of 2 or greater.
