An aerosol-generating device according to an embodiment includes a main body including a first connection terminal on a bottom surface thereof, and a battery removably coupled to the main body and including a first battery terminal connected to the first connection terminal on a first surface facing the bottom surface, wherein the battery has a cross-sectional shape matching a cross-sectional shape of the main body, extends in a longitudinal direction of the main body, and forms an outer circumferential surface of the aerosol-generating device together with the main body.
