A battery cell, a battery, and an electrical apparatus. The battery cell includes: an electrode lead-out portion configured to lead out electrical energy of the battery cell; an electrode assembly including a main body and a tab, where the tab includes a transition portion and a connection portion, the transition portion being bent relative to the connection portion, the transition portion being connected between the main body and the connection portion, and the connection portion being configured to be connected to the electrode lead-out portion; and an insulating member disposed on a bent outer side of the tab, the insulating member including a first insulator, a second insulator, and a third insulator, where at least a portion of the transition portion is unfixed to the insulating member.
