The present disclosure provides a battery and an electrical device. The battery includes a connection member and a package member, where the connection member has an electrode lead-out portion for connecting an electrode of the battery and a tab connection portion for connecting a tab of the battery; and where at least a partial structure of the package portion is provided at the connection between the electrode lead-out portion and the tab connection portion and/or the connection between the electrode lead-out portion and an electrode of the battery. The battery of the present disclosure improves the connection stability of between the tab of the battery and the electrode of the battery.
