CHARGE/DISCHARGE CONTROL SYSTEM AND CHARGE/DISCHARGE CONTROL METHOD

The present invention is to provide a charge/discharge control system and a charge/discharge control method capable of performing, in real time, highly accurate analysis of an internal state of a battery that is actually operating in a vehicle, and capable of performing control on the battery with a high accuracy based on the analysis, for improvement of safety. A battery charge/discharge control system includes: an image acquirer arranged in an inside of a battery configured as a liquid battery, and configured to capture an image of the inside of the battery ; a transferer configured to transfer data of the image captured by the image acquirer and a control signal; and controllers and configured to perform charge/discharge control on the battery based on the data of the image transferred from the transferer
