A control device for a vehicle opening/closing body includes an electronic control unit (20) configured to measure a position of an opening/closing body (2) of a vehicle (1), measure a speed of the opening/closing body (2), determine an opening/closing direction in which the opening/closing body (2) is operated, and operate the opening/closing body (2) in the determined opening/closing direction with use of a drive unit (10) when the speed of the opening/closing body (2) measured at the measured position of the opening/closing body (2) is equal to or higher than a speed threshold at the measured position.
