The invention relates to a guiding device (4) of a door (3) configured to connect said door (3) to a cockpit cabin (2), the cabin (2) delimiting an opening (22), the device (4) comprising a rail (40) fixed on the cabin (2); a first member (42a) and a second member (42b) sliding with the rail (40); a connecting rod (43a) pivoting with the first member (42a) and with the door (3), and a connecting rod (43b) pivoting with the second member (42b) and with the door (3); the guiding device (4) being characterized in that it comprises a first cam (44) presenting a first portion (441) and a second portion (442), the door (3) describing a movement when the connecting rod (43a) travels on the first portion (441), and the door (3) describing a movement towards the opening (22) when the connecting rod (43a) travels on the second portion (442).
