An automotive vehicle opening comprises a structural support box (10), at least one interchangeable external panel (11) and reversible fastening elements for removably fastening the external panel (11) onto an external face of the box (10). The reversible fastening elements comprise a plurality of clips (12) integral with the external panel (11) and a plurality of locking windows (13) integral with the box (10). Each of the clips (12) is configured to cooperate by snap-fitting with one unique and corresponding locking window (13), at the moment of bringing the external panel (11) into contact with the external face of the box (10), in a manner ensuring the relative and removable fastening of the external panel (11) with respect to the box (10).
