An automotive vehicle opening comprises a structural support box (10), at least one interchangeable exterior panel (11) and reversible fastening elements for removably securing the exterior panel (11) on an external face of the box (10). A plurality of staples (12) integral with the panel (11) is configured such that they pass through the box (10) and project from a first face (13) of the box (10) opposite to a second face (14) in contact with the panel (11). A strap (15) is mounted on the box (10) to be threaded through the staples (12) in a direction going from the second face (14) to the first face (13) of the box (10). A clamping device (16) is capable of placing the strap (15) under tension.
