DEVICE FOR RETAINING A VEHICLE BED

The invention relates to a restraint device (1) for a vehicle bed (2) and preferably for mounting to a vehicle wall (3). The restraint device (1) comprises a restraint element (4) for securing a person against falling out of the vehicle bed (2). The restraint element (4) is distinguished in particular by the fact that it is pivotable and/or slidable from an initial position into at least one operating position for securing the person against falling out of the vehicle bed (2).
