A noise-cancelation headrest for a vehicle including a slidable side wing (120, 122) on a side of headrest; a plurality of microphones (106, 108, 110, 112, 114, 116, 118) configured to detect an audio-noise signal and output a first plurality of electrical signals; a plurality of speakers (142, 146, 148) configured to receive a second plurality of electrical signals and output an acoustic signal; and noise-cancelation circuitry configured to receive the first plurality of electrical signals and output the second plurality of electrical signals.
