A vehicle door for a motor vehicle, comprising at least one thermoformed cladding part (1, 2) and a support structure (3) as a carrier for the cladding part, wherein a holder (4) is fastened to the cladding part (1, 2), whereby the holder (4) engages in a formation (5) of the support structure (3) or in a support element (6) fastened to the support structure (3), so that the cladding part (1, 2) can slide on the formation (5) or the support element (6) in a direction normal to the direction of engagement.
