According to the rubber composition for an inner liner of the invention comprising 5 to 20 parts by mass of a mixed resin and 0.2 to 20 parts by mass of a non-reactive alkylphenol resin based on 100 parts by mass of a rubber component, wherein a content of a butyl rubber is 0 to 30% by mass and a total content of a butyl rubber and a halogenated butyl rubber is 70 to 100% by mass in 100% by mass of the rubber component, and a softening point of the non-reactive alkylphenol resin is 70 to 130°C, it is possible to provide a tire having an inner liner composed of the rubber composition for an inner liner which is excellent in building tackiness, air permeability and durability.
