TETHERED FASTENER

A tethered fastener assembly (10) includes a first connector portion (16), a second connector portion (18), and a tether portion (20). The tether portion (20) couples the first connector portion (16) to the second connector portion (18) and includes a first releasable holding feature (94), a first cooperating releasable holding feature (120), a second releasable holding feature (96), and a second cooperating releasable holding feature (120). The first releasable holding feature (94) is engageable with the first cooperating releasable holding feature (120). The second releasable holding feature (96) is engageable with the second cooperating releasable holding feature (122). The first releasable holding feature (94) engages the first cooperating releasable holding feature (120), and the second releasable holding feature (96) engages the second cooperating releasable holding feature (122), to retain the tether portion (20) in a folded configuration.
