PROTECTOR

A protector (1) includes a protector body (2) to hold a wire member (W) and a temporary holding unit (4) to temporarily hold a connector (C09) provided to an end of the wire member (W). The temporary holding unit (4) includes a first holding part (42) engageable with the first portion (C093) of the flange (C092) of the connector (C09), and a second holding part (43) located remote from the first holding part (42) and engageable with the second portion (C094) of the flange (C092) of the connector (C09). With the temporary holding unit (4) temporarily holding the connector (C09), the first holding part (42) and the second holding part (43) are located in an area (T1) where the temporary holding unit (4) and the flange (C092) overlap one over the other, when viewed from an insertion direction (Z1).
