The invention relates to a drivetrain module for a motor vehicle, comprising a flywheel (24) connected to the crankshaft (1); a crankshaft starter generator operatively connected to the crankshaft (1), having a rotor (6) and a stator (7); a ring gear (25) arranged on the flywheel (24) and an electric starter motor (19a) with a starter pinion (19) that can be brought into engagement with the ring gear to rotate it and/or is in engagement with it, wherein the starter pinion is arranged offset in a radial direction, which is perpendicular to the crankshaft axis (M), relative to the rotor (6) and/or the stator (7) of the crankshaft starter generator.
