The present invention relates to a driving assistance device (10) for a motor vehicle adapted to cooperate with dangerous situation detection means (16a, 16b). The assistance device (10) is characterized in that the device comprises driving assistance glasses (12) worn by the driver of the vehicle, the assistance glasses (12) comprising reception means (26) adapted to receive data relating to the detection of a dangerous situation, the data coming from the dangerous situation detection means (16a, 16b), and comprising vibration means (28) configured to vibrate upon reception of said data by the reception means (26), so as to alert the driver to the detection of the dangerous situation.
