An agricultural vehicle, in particular a tractor (1), with a drive train (2), comprising an internal combustion engine (3) which is operable, via a hydrostatic-mechanical power split transmission (4) with continuously variable transmission ratio (i) to drive ground engagement means (7) of the vehicle, wherein the drive train (2) can be brought into an operating mode "Neutral" in which a frictional connection between internal combustion engine (3) and ground engagement means (7) is interrupted, is characterized by means (8) which place the drive train, as a function of at least one operating criterion (v, Z B, Zs) of the vehicle, from the operating mode "Neutral" into an operating mode "active standstill".
