Device and method for protection against fluid pulsations

The invention relates to a device (1) for protection against fluid pulsations with a first fluid connection (11), a second fluid connection (12), and an interior space (20) located between the first and the second fluid connection. The device is characterized in that at least one separator element (15, 16) is provided in the interior space, which fluidly separates the interior space into at least a first chamber (21), which faces the first fluid connection, and a second chamber (22), which faces the second fluid connection, and thus prevents flow through the device. The separator element is movable for damping or transmitting an incident pulsation. The invention also relates to a method for protection against fluid pulsations.
