The invention relates to an electrical energy storage device, in particular for hybrid, plug-in, fuel cell and electric vehicles. The electrical energy storage device comprises a housing that contains a store for electrical energy and a battery contactor box. In the housing there is furthermore arranged a high-voltage distribution device which is designed for current and voltage distribution.
