A locking bar (1) for a cargo securing system is provided, which can be fixed with a first end (2) in a first airline rail of the cargo securing system and with a second end (3) in a second airline rail of the cargo securing system, wherein the first end (2) and the second end (3) of the locking bar (1) can each be fixed in all directions in a form-fitting manner in the respective airline rail, and the locking bar (1) is designed to be telescopically extendable.
