July 29, 2015
A vibration damper (1) operating according to the mass-spring principle, which is provided for mounting on an injection line pipe, comprises a base body (2) made of an elastomeric, vibration-damping material and having an internal hollow space (3) extending longitudinally therethrough, which in the mounted state surrounds the injection line pipe, wherein the longitudinal axis (4) of the internal hollow space (3) coincides with the pipe longitudinal axis, and is characterized in that it has a mass distribution that is eccentric with respect to its longitudinal axis (4) and can be mounted rotationally fixed on the injection line pipe.
