Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for changing a seating position in a belt seat (5) for a vehicle (1) with a seat (6) having a backrest support (13) and a belt (7) for suspending the seat (6) in the roof area of the vehicle (1), wherein the course of the belt (7) is adjusted via an adjustment device (16) to adjust the inclination angle (A) of the backrest support (13).
