Motor vehicle comprising at least one driver assistance system (2) for pre-calculating prediction data regarding at least one future driving situation of the motor vehicle (1) by evaluating ego data relating to the motor vehicle (1) and environmental data relating to the motor vehicle's surroundings, wherein the motor vehicle (1) is controllable by a driver in a first operating mode of the driver assistance system (2), wherein the driver assistance system (2) is designed to temporarily switch to a second operating mode upon fulfillment of a triggering condition or at least one triggering condition of multiple triggering conditions, in which the control of the motor vehicle (1) takes place autonomously by the driver assistance system (2) without intervention capability by the driver, wherein the triggering condition is designed to evaluate at least the prediction data and driver characteristic data describing at least one driver characteristic.
