VEHICLE CONTROL DEVICE, AND VEHICLE CONTROL METHOD
DRIVE
March 25, 2015
In the vehicle control device of the present invention, a sprung mass state is estimated based on information in a prescribed frequency range of wheel speed, and a variable-damping force shock absorber is controlled so as to bring the estimated sprung mass state to a target sprung mass state. At time, when a lowering of the accuracy at which the sprung-mass state has been estimated has been detected, damping force control to [control] the damping force of the variable-damping force shock absorber is performed to a more limited extent than that prior to when the estimation accuracy was lowered.
