The handle assembly has at least one handle element and at least one first sensor module, where the first sensor module can be arranged and fixed on the outside on an upper side of the door support structure. The first sensor module has at least one coupling interface for automatically coupling the first sensor module to the handle element and/or to an optional second sensor module.
