The housing assembly comprises a housing body, an electrode column and an insulating part, wherein the housing body is provided with a mounting hole, the electrode column penetrates the mounting hole, the column body comprises a first end and a second end, the second end is provided inside the housing body, the first end is provided with a restricting part, the second end is provided with a riveting part, the restricting part and the riveting part jointly clamp the insulating part and the housing body, the end surface of the second end is provided with a groove, and the groove is adjacent to the riveting part.
