Embodiments of the present application provide a battery cell, a battery, and an electric device. The battery cell includes a housing, an electrode assembly, and a first insulating member. The housing includes a first wall; the electrode assembly is disposed inside the housing; and the first insulating member is disposed inside the housing and located between the electrode assembly and the first wall, the first insulating member being in contact with the electrode assembly. The first insulating member has a first surface facing the electrode assembly, the first surface being provided with a groove. The technical solution provided by the present application can improve the reliability of the battery.
