Device for servicing an air conditioning system, in particular for air conditioning systems that use CO2 or R744 as refrigerant. The device has a low-pressure-side region (A), which can be connected via a low-pressure-side coupling (1) to a service connection on the low-pressure side of the air conditioning system, and a high-pressure-side region (C), which can be connected via a high-pressure-side coupling (1') to a service connection on the high-pressure side of the air conditioning system. Between the low-pressure-side region (A) and the high-pressure-side region (C), a compressor (4) is provided, and between the compressor (4) and the high-pressure-side region (C), an overpressure region (B) is provided, which is connected to the high-pressure-side region (C) via a throttling device (5).
