The invention relates to a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, with at least one air intake (6) arranged on the vehicle front end side for at least one air channel (7), which opens with at least one air outlet (8) into a front hood (2) of the vehicle (1). According to the invention, the front hood (2) has at least one movable actuating element (17), by means of which the at least one air outlet (8) on the front hood side can be closed. The invention also relates to a method for controlling an air flow, in particular a cooling air flow in a vehicle, by means of which the at least one actuating element (17) is moved into a blocking position closing the air outlet (8) on the front hood side, depending on predetermined parameters.
