Device capable of electrically supplying and controlling at least one power supply circuit of an electrical equipment of a railway vehicle, the device comprising an electrical accumulator capable of being electrically connected to the at least one power supply circuit via a connector and grounding the power supply circuit via a second connector, the device being characterized in that the electrical accumulator is external to the railway vehicle.
