The invention relates to a connecting device (10) for a fluid-tight connection of two pipe end sections (12, 13). The connecting device (10) has a holding element that can be mounted on a first pipe end section (12) by means of a bayonet lock. The holding element has a lug (46) that can be fastened to a second pipe end section (13) by means of a screw (58) of the connecting device (10). The connecting device (10) is thereby constructed to be particularly simple in design, provides a tight connection, and can be mounted in a straightforward manner even under confined conditions.
