This land vehicle guided (12) suitable for circulating on a track (16), the track (16) comprising a rail (18) for electrical power supply of the vehicle (12) from the ground, the rail (18) comprising a plurality of electrical circuits (20), each electrical circuit (20) being connected to at least one electrical switching device (28), comprises a device (32) for managing a derailment of the vehicle (12) and means (30) for generating a control signal of the or one of the electrical switching device(s) (28) connected to one of the electrical circuit(s) (20) arranged opposite the land vehicle (12), for the closure of said electrical circuit (20). The device (32) comprises means (46) for detecting the derailment of the land vehicle (12) and processing means (48, 54) connected to the detection means (46) and to the generation means (30). The processing means (48, 54) are suitable for deactivating the generation means (30) to inhibit the generation of the control signal, in order to cause the opening of the circuit(s) (20) opposite the vehicle (12).
