Device for producing a sliding connection between a passenger seat and a vehicle structure

A device (2) for slidably connecting a passenger seat (1) to a vehicle structure (3) has means (8) for attaching the passenger seat (1) and a means (5) for engaging with a guide (4) connected to the vehicle structure (3). The means (5) for engaging with the guide (4) has a locking bolt (5a) which can be disengaged from a recess (6) in the guide (4) by means of a lifting device (9). The lifting device (9) has a spring means (10) which biases the locking bolt (5a) in its disengaged state from the recess (6) in the guide (4) against the guide (4).
