An automobile door impact beam includes a pipe-like member attached to a door of an automobile and reinforcing the door. The middle region including a middle part in the pipe longitudinal direction and having a length of 1/3 to 4/5 of the pipe total length has a flattened shape such that in the pipe axis orthogonality section, the diameter in the vehicle width direction is longer than the diameter in the vehicle height direction.
