A vehicle control device comprises: a marker detection unit that uses a radio wave receiver provided in a vehicle and receives a radio wave from a marker placed at a predetermined point to detect the marker; a vehicle behavior modification unit that modifies a vehicle behavior such that the marker detection unit detects the marker; a storage unit that stores in advance a position of the marker; and a positional deviation determination unit that determines whether there is a positional deviation of the marker, on the basis of a position of the marker detected by the marker detection unit and the position of the marker stored in the storage unit
