Fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines with a housing (2; 3) in which a storage volume (7) is formed, which can be filled with fuel under high pressure via a high-pressure connection (11; 13). A longitudinally displaceable injection needle (5) is arranged in the storage volume (7), which cooperates with a nozzle seat (17) to open and close at least one injection opening (20). A pressure check valve (35) is arranged in the high-pressure connection (11; 13), which permits fuel flow only in the direction of the storage volume (7).
