The invention relates to a tow train trailer (10) having a lifting device that adjusts the tow train trailer between a lowered receiving position for a trolley (20) and a raised transport position for the trolley, wherein a locking mechanism for the trolley is provided that secures the trolley in the transport position on the tow train trailer, wherein the locking mechanism cooperates with an actuation switch for the lifting device such that when the trolley is locked, the actuation switch for the lifting device is actuated in order to raise the trolley.
