According to the invention, it is provided that the force transmission element (40) comprises a base body (50) and a shearable shear section (60), wherein the base body (50) is held axially displaceable in a recess (200, 31) of one of the two parts, namely the belt spool (20) or the locking base (30), hereinafter referred to as the first part, and from a first position in which the base body (50) protrudes from the recess (200, 31) and engages in the other of the two parts, hereinafter referred to as the second part, into a second position in which the base body (50) is inserted deeper into the recess (200, 31) and is separated from the second part, can be axially displaced, and wherein the shear section (60) in the first position of the base body (50) blocks axial displacement of the base body (50) from the first to the second position and only after shearing enables the deeper insertion of the base body (50) into the recess (200, 31).
