An automobile engine cover including a plastic molding. The plastic molding includes a thermoplastic, 1% to 5% by weight of vegetable fibers with a fiber length of less than 1 mm, and 1% to 20% by weight of non-vegetable fibers with a fiber length of 1 mm to 5 mm.
