Deformation element for vehicles

The deformation element (1) is made of a fiber-reinforced plastic, glass fibers, natural fibers, aramide fibers or carbon fibers, thermoplastic or duroplastic plastic, where loose fibers are embedded in a plastic matrix. An internal hollow body (3) is arranged in an external hollow body (2). The internal hollow body is connected with the external hollow body by a connecting element (4).
