The device (100) has a movable wiping element (110) that is moved over to-be-cleaned surface, by using drive unit (120). A pump (130) is provided for supplying cleaning fluid via spray nozzle (150). The pull-off lip is associated with movable wiping element. The wiping element, spray nozzle, pump, and pull-off lip connected with drive unit are arranged on common support (105). The common support is mounted on stem (107) provided with pressure compensation tank (160) for containing cleaning fluid to-be-supplied.
