Electrical heating device for a motor vehicle

The device has a heating block that is provided with a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) heating element (30) that is in heat conducting contact with a radiator element (40) for heat radiation. Housing is provided with a frame (20) to receive heating block. A control device (15) is provided to adjust heat output of PTC heating element. A temperature sensor (70) is connected to the control device by a heat guide element (90) to conduct heat from heating block to the temperature sensor. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing the electrical heating device for motor car.
