The bicycle has a foot pedal drive (12), and an electrical auxiliary drive connected to the pedal drive. The auxiliary drive comprises a wheel hub motor (7) with a free-wheeling hub for a rear wheel (6). The wheel hub motor is drive-connected with an electrical auxiliary motor (9) over a step-up gear (8). The set-up gear is designed as a circulating traction drive (10), where the pedal drive is drive-connected with the auxiliary motor over the free-wheeling hub. A rack frame (1) has a bearing (2) for a steering column (3), where the rear wheel is supported in the frame.
