Flexible hose

The hose (10) has an elastomer inner layer (1), and rubberized textile layers (3, 4) wound directly onto the inner layer. The inner layer consists of fluoropolymer, and designed as an extruded inner layer. The textile layers are designed as a woven fabric, knitted fabric or non-woven fabric and calendered with rubber. A calendered fabric plate is wound around the inner area. The textile layers are wound in an overlapping lanner under a defined angle.
