The chamber (2) has an air inlet opening (21) for supplying air to an inner area (23), and an air outlet opening (22) for dissipating the air from the area. The openings are connected by a hollow space (33). A lower edge (35) of an air outlet opening (32) of an air conducting structure (3) is arranged below a lower edge of the air outlet opening of the chamber. A side wall (25) has an upper edge (26), where the inlet opening of the chamber is arranged above or below the upper edge. A water outlet opening (29) is formed in a base wall (24) for discharging water from the inner area. The base wall is designed as a conical hollow body.
